The elders always encourage the young to look on the bright side of life.

They often say, "You should pose or take a positive attitude toward life."  Actually, I know that.  However, sometimes I fear frustration comes after failure.  Perhaps it's time for me to fight against the dark side of my life.  In my opinion, the only way to fight against some frustration after the fear of failure is to live in harmony with it by taking regular exercise, eating well-balanced diets, and most important of all, getting enough sleep on a daily basis.
