    All in all (: To summarize/To sum up/In conclusion/In summary), around (: about/approximately) 11 master manga artists lived in Tokiwa-so (: a museum)  during (: in the time of) the 1950s (: from 1950 to 1959) and 1960s (from 1960 to 1969).  Tezuka Osmau became its first famous (: noted/noticed/well-known/reputed/renowned) resident (: inhabitant).  The following year, Tezuka invited Jujiko Jujio to take over (=> take place of 接管; 接手; replace) his room.  The pair had no money (: didn't have any money) at the time (: at the moment; at the point; then), so Tezuka even gave (: offered) them his deposit (n. 押金; 訂金)!

During the train accident in April, 2021, 49 people was reportedly dead.  In order to get private funding for the casualties in the accident,   the authority concerned raised funds to help the needy in the train accident up to 800000000 dollars N.T., part of which, around 270000000, will give the needy in the train accident.  Some online comments reveal that most of the online goers are not satisfied with the percentage of the money distributed by the authority.  They doubt if the authority can represent the government to raise funds.
