Do you want (: long) to make (: cook) your own Hainanese chicken rice?

1.  First, clean the chicken.

    Cut ___ (of/off) the fat, but don't throw it ____ (up/away).

2. Put salt on the chicken and ____ (stuff/staff/full) it with ginger and green onions.

3. Put the whole (: entire/total/complete) chicken into a pot.

   ___ (Fill/Staff) the pot with cold water.

4. ____ (Heat/Hot) the water until it ____ (boils/broils).

   When that happens (: occurs), lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.

5. Take the chicken out of the pot, but keep the broth inside the pot.
